Unser Guide Tim war super - er hat viel erzählt, hat gute Tipps gegeben und rumgespaßt. Trotz viel Regen gegen Ende der Tour war es ein sehr gelungener Tag, an dem wir viel gesehen haben. Auch das kleine Frühstück mit Kaffee, Tee und Kuchen war eine schöne Aktion.
Alles perfekt organisiert, Budgie unser Guide lebt seinen Beruf.
Got sick a day before the trip and they refused to change my dates or refund me. Bummer for me.
The guide, Mark, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole day and he took us to some "bonus" places where we saw Koalas & Kangaroos. The day was extremely long (14hrs) si be prepared! I think an option to include food would be sensible, because the evening meal stop was limited both in choice & time. Indeed, it may be worth passengers voting on whether they want to stop for dinner, or get back to the CBD earlier. However, overall it was an excellent trip, made all the more better by Mark

This was more than just a trip along Great Ocean Road - so much more to see and do! The only minor criticism I have if any was that the seats on the minibus were a bit cramped - my husband has long legs. Our tour guide, Sherif was exceptional. It was evident he was passionate about his job and wanted to ensure we all had a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble for him. If you’re hesitating whether to go on this trip - don’t! the Great ocean road tour arranged by Go West with the tour guide Lucy was an amazing experience! We loved our trip, there were tonnns of info provided by Lucy, we stopped at nice places, saw koalas kangaroos and other wildlife on the way, had a lovely walk in the rainforest and of course, Great ocean road an the gem - 12 apostes. The day went quickly and everythig was arranged very well thanks to our lovely Lucy! it was great fun
Prise en charge efficace. Matt a présenté chacun des arrêts avec enthousiasme permettant de mieux comprendre l histoire de la great ocean road. Les temps de repas sont tes courts pour des français et n autorisent que des fast food et il ne faut pas hésiter. Les conseils de Matt étaient précieux et les scallop pies excellentes
Der Ausflug war sehr gut organisiert und wurde lt. Programm durchgeführt. Wir hatten mit PETER einen sehr engagierten , hilfsbereiten und charmanten Guide , der versuchte auch abseits des Programms uns noch Wildtiere in Freiheit wie z.B. Koalas in Bäumen und Kängurus auf Wiesen am Waldrand zu zeigen. Er sprach auch sehr deutlich , sodass man ihn in englisch gut verstehen konnte, und unterhielt uns auf der Strecke mit diversen Informationen. Bei den 12 Aposteln organisierte er für einige von uns noch einen Helicopter Flug. Der Ausflug ist absolut empfehlenswert auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
